Welcome and thank you for visiting the Land Owner Transparency Registry (LOTR) website, operated by the Land Title and Survey Authority of British Columbia (LTSA). If you are accessing myLTSA through this website, your myLTSA Customer Agreement applies to and governs any myLTSA transactions.

Our Website Terms and Conditions of Use
The LTSA provides this website to you subject to the following terms and conditions, which may be amended by the LTSA from time to time without notice. Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The use of the word “our” in these terms and conditions refers to the LTSA.

You are responsible for your own internal systems, including hardware, software, network infrastructure, communications systems, internet access and any ancillary services needed to access and use the website, the Content or the Services. The LTSA is not responsible for any system compatibility issues.

    1. transmit, disseminate or upload to, on or through the website or the Services any harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, embarrassing, distressing, annoying, unlawful, tortious, harmful, vulgar, racially or ethnically offensive, hateful or otherwise objectionable materials
    2. access the Content or the Services for the purposes of redistributing any of the Content or Services or for purposes of providing a service bureau, cloud service or any other commercial service;
    3. access the website, the Content or the Services for the purposes of monitoring availability, performance, or functionality, or for any other benchmarking or competitive purpose; or
    4. engage in practices such as “screen scraping”, “database scraping” or “automated form filling” to retrieve, test or obtain information generated or processed by or stored through the the Services or the website.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Other Agreements
If there is any conflict between this agreement and any other written agreement between you or your business and the LTSA, the latter agreement will prevail.

The LTSA may amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Accordingly, you should periodically re-visit these terms and conditions to review the then current terms and conditions governing your use of this website.

LTSA’s failure to enforce or insist upon strict compliance with any provision of these terms and conditions will not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision.
